For Today....July 28th, 2008
Outside My Window....is a day that is expected to reach 105 degrees! Can you believe that? I am so thankful to be inside, in the air conditioning
I am thinking....I need to plan out my weekly goals, weekly menu and begin getting ready for my baptism on Sunday
I am thankful for....air conditioning on days like this, a new church that DH and I love and be able to share dinner and a movie tonight with MIL
From the kitchen....not much happening there, especially with getting ready to move this week - half of our stuff is packed away already and the pantry is still left to be packed up
I am wearing....denim capris, rose color blouncy top and straw type flip-flops with pink on the top
I am reading....nothing right now - desperately, anxiously waiting for the release of Breaking Dawn on Friday at midnight (the 4th book in the Twilight series)
I am hoping....to hear back from our realtor soon, saying our closing will take place tomorrow afternoon
Around the house....are tons of boxes, piles to be boxed up, things to be gone through and cleaned out
One of my favorite things....is the sense of calm and peace you receive after reading an inspiring blog post or after a wonderful message at church on Sunday
A Few Plans for the Rest of the Week....finishing boxing up apt, closing on our house, moving little by little after work, taking Friday off so our new refrigerator and dining room table can be delivered to our new house

Wonderful about your baptism. Where are you being baptised? My daughter and her friends are going to have a slumber party and go to the book store at midnight to get their copy of Breaking Dawn. Good luck with your move.
meant to tell you too, my mom is having a biopsy done at Baylor tomorrow. pray for her.

I live not-too-far from you, as far as Texas measures distance..we are south of Dallas.
